Do you accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of deliveryfor unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Can I return a used product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns onused or opened pet care products.
If there’s an issue, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help 💚

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We’ve got you covered! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrect → we cover it

For change of mind → return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within5–10 business daysto your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
