While our packaging is not yet fully eco-friendly, we are actively working toward more sustainable options. Are your wipes safe for pets with sensitive skin or allergies?
Yes! Our wipes are made with gentle, pet-safe ingredients like aloe vera and chamomile. They are free from harsh chemicals such as alcohol, parabens, and sulfates, making them suitable for pets with sensitive skin. However, we always recommend testing on a small area first.
How often should I use the dental and ear wipes on my pet?
For best results, dental wipes can be used daily or several times a week depending on your pet’s needs. Ear wipes can be used weekly or as needed to maintain cleanliness. Always be gentle and follow your pet’s comfort level.
Do I need to rinse my pet after using the wipes or cleansing foam?
No rinsing is needed. Our wipes and cleansing foam are designed to be leave-on formulas, making them perfect for quick and convenient cleaning at home or on the go.
Are Loopa Pets products safe if my pet licks them?
Our products are made with pet-safe and non-toxic ingredients. While occasional licking is generally safe, we recommend allowing the product to absorb fully and minimizing ingestion for best results.
What ingredients do you use in your paw balm and wipes?
We use plant-based and naturally derived ingredients such as shea butter, coconut oil, aloe vera, chamomile, and vitamin E. Our formulas are designed to be gentle, effective, and safe for everyday use.
Are your products compostable or biodegradable?
Some of our products and packaging are designed with sustainability in mind, including biodegradable or compostable materials where applicable. We are continuously working to improve and expand our eco-friendly options.

Our products are responsibly manufactured with trusted partners in facilities that meet quality and safety standards. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure consistency, safety, and product integrity.
Shipping & Returns
We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from Ontario. We offer free shipping on orders over $45 within Canada. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@loopapets.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for returns.
